The space
The space has 10,000 square meters with roads that give access to the main house and the bungalow. There are many trees and farm blocks. The main house is 80 meters away from the bungalow and is protected by palm trees. It is a quiet space with lots of nature. The entrance is 100 meters from the Ribeira Grande regional road. 1500 meters from the beach and commercial areas and 6 km from the center of Ponta Delgada. Highway 300 meters away. It is located in an upscale area of the island with many villas and 500 meters from the São Miguel stadium.

The space has 10,000 square meters and, at the moment, access is by vehicle through an automatic gate. A command is provided at check-in for this purpose. Guests are free to move around the surrounding area. Near the main house, as I have some dogs, it is only appropriate to approach them when you already know them or in our presence. Other things to note I like dogs and cats and have some. I breed São Miguel Cattle Dogs. I usually leave two friendly female dogs free for those who like to interact with dogs. Otherwise, they stay in a spacious enclosed area. Although it is a quiet area and the building is protected by a 3-meter high fence, there is no better security than dogs. I can even leave one or two near the bungalow if that makes guests feel safer.
